Destructive Leaders DESTRUCTIVE LEADERSHIP Destructive leaders often possess charisma, have an intense need for power, and exhibit narcissism. When followers are passive or submissive, their inaction can contribute to unfeered leadership and unintentionally support destructive leaders.
